Participants are fully responsible for their own safety and well-being during the tour.
2. Licensing Requirements: All participants must hold a valid and full UK motorcycle license that covers them for the type of motorcycle they will be operating during the tour. Failure to present a valid license may result in exclusion from the tour without any refund.
3. Health and Medical Conditions: Participants must be in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent them from safely operating a motorcycle during the tour. It is the responsibility of each participant to assess their own medical suitability for the tour.
4. Insurance and Breakdown Cover: Participants are required to have adequate insurance coverage for themselves and their motorcycles. Insurance should include third-party liability, comprehensive coverage, and medical coverage. Additionally, participants must have breakdown cover to ensure assistance in case of motorcycle failure during the tour.
5. Repatriation: For overseas tours, participants are responsible for arranging repatriation coverage in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances that necessitate returning to their home country.
6. Safety Guidelines: All participants must adhere to the safety guidelines provided by The Ride Tours before and during the tour. This includes following the instructions of tour guides and organizers, wearing appropriate safety gear, and exercising caution at all times.
7. Waiver of Liability: By participating in the motorcycle tour, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Ride Tours and its organizers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the tour.
8. Personal Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for their own actions and decisions during the tour. The Ride Tours shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred as a result of a participant’s actions.
9. Changes to Itinerary: The Ride Tours reserves the right to modify the tour itinerary, route, or accommodation due to unforeseen circumstances or safety concerns. Participants will be notified of any significant changes as soon as possible.
10. Participants understand and acknowledge that The Ride Tours has no control over the quality, safety, or suitability of services provided by third-party establishments. Any issues or grievances regarding these services should be directly addressed with the respective establishment.
